Gratuity: It is customary to tip tour guides. The average is $10-15 per person.
Who will be present: You will have a guide and up to 12 participants
Photo/ video: You are welcome to take photos and videos at any of the stops. The tour guide is happy to take your group or family photo. However, it is prohibited to audio or video record the entire tour.

Weather dependency: This experience will only be canceled under extreme weather conditions.
Arrival: Plan to arrive 15 minutes in advance.
Parking: Free parking near the meeting point is in the neighborhood.

As you walk through the tour, you'll uncover the history, culture, music, and lifestyle of Miami's Cuban community. We'll guide you to the oldest open-air tropical fruit market in Little Havana where you can quench your thirst with fresh tropical juice.

Savor the flavor of traditional Cuban coffee and pastries during your sampling journey. Explore a tobacco shop and learn the art of rolling an authentic Cuban cigar. Take in the landmark sites of Little Havana before we conclude the tour with a hearty family-style meal in a secluded courtyard on Calle Ocho.

Returns, exchanges and cancellation

Unused Experience Vouchers can be returned within 30 days for a full refund to the original purchaser, no questions asked.

If you have any unused Experience Vouchers, you can exchange them for anything else in our marketplace, no matter when. If you choose an experience that's more expensive, you'll need to pay the difference, but if you choose one that costs less, you'll receive a credit towards your next booking.

No refunds are allowed once the experience is booked, but you can reschedule up to 72 hours before your experience, for a date within a year of the original booking. To reschedule, contact the experience provider directly. No-shows or rescheduling less than 72 hours in advance means losing the value of your experience.
