What to expect on the day of the experience?

• Duration: A typical NFL home game lasts approximately 3–4 hours, including pre-game, game play, and post-game activities.
• What’s included:

• Who will be present: You will be seated among other fans. Stadium staff, security personnel, and event staff will be present throughout the venue.
• Spectators: Only ticket-holders may enter; external spectators without tickets are not permitted into the venue.
• Photo/video: Personal photography and video recording are generally allowed for personal use; however, professional equipment or commercial filming may require special permission. Please comply with stadium rules regarding use of cameras, drones, and audio recording.
• Specific rules to follow:
  • Bag policy applies; bags above a certain size or non-clear bags may be prohibited or subject to security screening. Please check the venue regulations in advance.
  • Late entry may be restricted once game play has started.
  • Follow all instructions issued by stadium staff, security, and signage.

• Respect the code of conduct and behavior standards established by the venue, failure to comply can result in ejection or suspension of future access.

Unused Experience Vouchers can be returned within 14 days for a full refund to the original purchaser, no questions asked.

If you have any unused Experience Vouchers, you can exchange them for anything else in our marketplace, no matter when. If you choose an experience that's more expensive, you'll need to pay the difference, but if you choose one that costs less, you'll receive a credit towards your next booking.

Exchanges are only valid if the original experience has not yet been redeemed and must apply to the full value of the original voucher. Partial exchanges are not permitted once this experience has been redeemed.

No refunds or rescheduling are allowed once the experience is booked.
