What to expect on the day of the experience?

• Duration: This is a self-guided experience and usually takes 2 hours to enjoy. You may take as little or as long as you need to experience the entire attraction.
• What’s included: Entry to Madame Tussauds Las Vegas, plus an outdoor Gondola Ride at The Venetian.
• Who will be present: This is a self-guided experience at a public attraction, so there will be many other people. 
• Spectators: No spectators are allowed, everyone must have a ticket.
• Photo/ video: Photos and video are encouraged!
• Specific rules to follow: No outside food or drinks allowed.

How to prepare?

• Weather dependency: The gondola ride is outdoors. Please plan accordingly.
• Arrival: You must arrive on your scheduled date of visit.
• Parking: There is parking available onsite.
• What to wear: Comfortable clothing and shoes. 
• What to bring: Valid identification and any personal items needed for the day. Outside food or drinks are not allowed. 
• Restrooms/ lockers/ changing rooms: Restrooms are available onsite.

Unused Experience Vouchers can be returned within 14 days for a full refund to the original purchaser, no questions asked.
