How to prepare?

• Weather dependency: The glass-top bus is climate-controlled. The glass top can be opened or closed depending on weather and preference.
• Arrival: Plan to arrive at the agreed-upon start location at the requested departure time. If running late, contact the NYC office.
• Parking: Paid parking options are available near Times Square via SpotHero (spothero.com) or Google Maps. The pickup location can be customized for private tours.
• What to wear: Comfortable clothing and good walking shoes are recommended for optional stops.
• What to bring:

  • Cash or card for optional meals, attractions, or gratuities.
  • Tips for the guide and driver are not included (standard rate: 15%, or $8–$10 per person).

• The tour is closed on: NYC Half Marathon Day (Mar 16), Thanksgiving (Nov 27), Christmas Eve (Dec 24), Christmas Day (Dec 25), and New Year's Eve (Dec 31).

Unused Experience Vouchers can be returned within 14 days for a full refund to the original purchaser, no questions asked.

If you have any unused Experience Vouchers, you can exchange them for anything else in our marketplace, no matter when. If you choose an experience that's more expensive, you'll need to pay the difference, but if you choose one that costs less, you'll receive a credit towards your next booking.

No refunds are allowed once the experience is booked, but you can reschedule up to 48 hours before your experience, for a date within a year of the original booking. To reschedule, contact the experience provider directly. No-shows or rescheduling less than 48 hours in advance means losing the value of your experience.
