Any restrictions to participate?

• Age: All participants must be at least 12 years old.
• Weight: Participants must weigh between 100 lbs. (45 kg) and 260 lbs. (117 kg).
• Health limitations: Pregnant women may not participate.
• Physical limitations: Participants must be able to stand and control the Segway for the full duration of the tour.
• Experience level: All levels are welcome.

Who can you accommodate for?

• Children: All participants, including children, must pay to participate.
• Pets: Sorry, no pets allowed.

What to expect on the day of the experience?

• Duration: 1 Hour
• What’s included: Segway tour, helmet, ear piece, and guide-led tour.
• Who will be present: A guide will be present at all times, and other participants may join.
• Spectators: No spectators allowed, everyone must have a ticket.
• Photo/ video: You are encouraged to take your own photos.
• Specific rules to follow: Follow all instructions provided by the guide.

How to prepare?

• Weather dependency: Tours run rain or shine. Severe weather cancellations will be addressed on the day.
• Arrival: Plan to arrive 30 minutes before the tour begins.
• What to wear: Comfortable, closed-toe shoes and appropriate attire for the weather.
• What to bring: A valid ID, credit card for security deposit, and sunscreen if necessary.
• Restrooms/ lockers/ changing rooms: No changing rooms available.

Anything else I should know before going on this experience?

• A refundable $250 security deposit is required per booking, not per Segway, at check-in.
• For your security, at check-in you are required to present the credit card that was used to pay for your booking and matching valid photo identification. The name listed on your credit card must be identical to the contact name listed on your booking.

Unused Experience Vouchers can be returned within 14 days for a full refund to the original purchaser, no questions asked.

If you have any unused Experience Vouchers, you can exchange them for anything else in our marketplace, no matter when. If you choose an experience that's more expensive, you'll need to pay the difference, but if you choose one that costs less, you'll receive a credit towards your next booking.

No refunds are allowed once the experience is booked, but you can reschedule up to 24 hours before your experience, for a date within a year of the original booking. To reschedule, contact the experience provider directly. No-shows or rescheduling less than 24 hours in advance means losing the value of your experience.
