Try your hand at the mesmerizing art of wheel throwing! As you delve into this artistic adventure, enjoy a complimentary bottle of wine, setting the perfect mood for a memorable evening. Feel free to bring your favorite foods and drinks, and for a unique twist, marijuana consumption is allowed during this event.

Each participant gets to keep their masterpiece, ready for pick-up 30 days after the class. Beyond being a pottery studio, POT is a dedicated community space striving to uplift marginalized voices. Join in to foster pleasure, community, and new opportunities in pottery, especially for BIPOC communities, LGBTQ+ individuals, and the youth, to break cycles and create a more inclusive industry.

Age: 21+
Experience level: No prior experience necessary. All levels are welcome.

Who can you accommodate for?

Children: This is not an experience for children.
Individuals with disabilities: The studio is wheelchair accessible. For safety reasons service animals are not allowed. If anyone in your group will be using a wheelchair, please make a note at the time of booking.
Pets: Sorry, no pets allowed.

What to expect on the day of the experience?

Duration: 1.5 hours
What’s included:
- Knowledgeable instructor
- All materials and supplies
- A bottle of wine
- Food and 420 items are not included, however you are allowed to bring them with you to the class, as well as additional drinks.
Who will be present: This is a private class for you and your guest, and will be led by a friendly instructor. You will have a private classroom space to yourself, however there may be other people working in other areas of the studio.
Spectators: No spectators are allowed, everyone must have a reservation.
Photo/ video: Photos are encouraged!

How to prepare?

Weather dependency: This is an indoor experience.
Arrival: Plan to arrive 15 minutes in advance
Parking: Street parking is availble
What to wear: Comfortable shoes and clothing that you can easily create in and don’t mind potentially getting dirty.
What to bring:
- Valid government ID if you choose to partake in alcohol or marijuana use.
- Gratuity for your instructor is greatly appreciated if you enjoy the class.
Restrooms: Restrooms are available onsite.

Returns, exchanges and cancellation

Unused Experience Vouchers can be returned within 30 days for a full refund to the original purchaser, no questions asked.

If you have any unused Experience Vouchers, you can exchange them for anything else in our marketplace, no matter when. If you choose an experience that's more expensive, you'll need to pay the difference, but if you choose one that costs less, you'll receive a credit towards your next booking.

No refunds are allowed once the experience is booked, but you can reschedule up to 5 days before your experience, for a date within a year of the original booking. To reschedule, contact the experience provider directly. No-shows or rescheduling less than 5 days in advance means losing the value of your experience.
