• Age: All age groups are welcome. An adult must accompany passengers under the age of 18 on the flight.
• Weight: Maximum 275 lbs per person. Guests over the limit must purchase an additional comfort seat at the full rate.
• Health limitations: Pregnant women may participate. It is recommended to check with your doctor prior to booking

Who can you accommodate for?

• Children: Children under 2 years old can join for free with a birth certificate and must sit on an adult’s lap. Children 2 years and older must have a paid seat
• Individuals with disabilities: This experience is ADA compliant. Guests needing wheelchair assistance must be accompanied by someone who can help with entering and exiting the helicopter. In most cases, a collapsible wheelchair can be brought onboard
• Pets: Sorry, no pets allowed, including service animals

What to expect on the day of the experience?

• Duration: ~55 minutes of flight time
• What’s included: Experienced pilot, two-island helicopter flight over Maui and Molokai, luxury ECO-Star helicopter seating, and panoramic wrap-around windows
• Who will be present: You will have a pilot with you at all times and up to 5 other guests may be joining
• Spectators: No spectators are allowed, everyone must have a reservation
• Photo/ video: Personal photos are encouraged before and after the flight
• Specific rules to follow: Valid original government-issued ID is required for all guests 18 and older. Late arrivals may be denied boarding with no refund

How to prepare?

• Weather dependency: Flights may be adjusted due to weather or unforeseen circumstances
• Arrival: Plan to arrive 30 minutes prior to departure for check-in
• Parking: Parking available at experience location
• What to wear: Comfortable clothing recommended
• What to bring: Original REAL ID-compliant driver’s license or valid passport for guests 18 and older. No photocopies or digital images of identification accepted
• Restrooms/ lockers/ changing rooms: Restrooms available onsite

Unused Experience Vouchers can be returned within 14 days for a full refund to the original purchaser, no questions asked.

If you have any unused Experience Vouchers, you can exchange them for anything else in our marketplace, no matter when. If you choose an experience that's more expensive, you'll need to pay the difference, but if you choose one that costs less, you'll receive a credit towards your next booking.

No refunds are allowed once the experience is booked, but you can reschedule up to 72 hours before your experience, for a date within a year of the original booking. To reschedule, contact the experience provider directly. No-shows or rescheduling less than 72 hours in advance means losing the value of your experience.
