  • No guest under the age of 18 will be given a bike without an adult over the age of 18 present.

  • Double trailers for toddlers and tag-a-long attachments for young children available at an additional cost upon request.

What to expect on the day of the experience?

• Duration: 5 Hours
  • Recommended to pickup at 9am from Old Town Alexandria, VA location
  • Boat Departure at 1:30pm from Mount Vernon
  • The boat returns to Pier 4, 580 Water Street SW, Washington DC at 3pm

• Who will be present: This is a self-guided tour, however other guests may be joining at the same start time.
• Spectators: No spectators are allowed, everyone must have a ticket/reservations.
• Photo/ video: You may take your own photos.
• Specific rules to follow: Attachments such as double trailers and tag-a-long bikes are not permitted on the tour for the safety reasons. No customer under the age of 18 will be given a bike without an adult over the age of 18 present.

How to prepare?

• Weather dependency: Rain or shine, the experience will be running. However, during the winter season, if temperatures drop below 30°F temporary store closures may need to be implemented to ensure the safety of guests and staff members.
• Arrival: Plan to arrive 15 minutes in advance
• Parking: Parking may be available in the area.
• What to wear: Clothes and shoes you can easily bike in.
• What to bring: Passport or ID card and a credit card
• Restrooms/ lockers/ changing rooms: Please use any facilities before the tour begins.
