• Age: All ages are welcome, but the driver must be at least 25 years old.

Who can you accommodate for?

• Children: Children are welcome to join, however car seats are not provided. 
• Individuals with disabilities: This experience is not wheelchair accessible.
• Dietary restrictions: If you have any dietary restrictions, please make note at the time of booking. 
• Pets: Dogs may join in the adventure, but you will be subject to a cleaning fee if the Jeep is not returned in the same condition you received it in.

What to expect on the day of the experience?

• Duration: 3-5 hours
• What’s included:
  • Use of a Jeep Wrangler Rubicon for the adventure
  • 2 sleds, snowman kit, first aid kit, snack pack, and hot cocoa thermos
• Who will be present: This is a private, self-guided experience for your group of up to 5 people. 
• Spectators: No spectators are allowed, everyone must be included in the reservation and sign a waiver. 
• Photo/ video: Photos and video are encouraged!
• Specific rules to follow: Your experience provider will go over all the rules with you prior to your adventure.

How to prepare?

• Weather dependency: This experience is subject to weather conditions. In the event of inclement weather, the experience provider will work with you to reschedule.
• Arrival: Plan to arrive 15 minutes in advance.
• Parking: Parking is available onsite at the meeting location. 
• What to wear: Warm, comfortable clothing appropriate for the snow. Boots and gloves as well as extra layers.
• What to bring: 
  • Driver’s license, a major credit card for the deposit, and insurance information.
  • Extra layers and dry clothing for after your adventure
• Restrooms: It is recommended to use the restroom prior to departing on your adventure, however there will be restrooms available nearby.

Anything else I should know before going on this experience?

• A $300 deposit is required and will be refunded once all the equipment is returned.
• You must provide auto liability, collision, and comprehensive insurance covering you, the experience provider, and the vehicle. 
• Waivers for all participants must be signed prior to the beginning of the adventure.
• Cleaning fees will be implemented if the gear and vehicle are not returned as issued.

Unused Experience Vouchers can be returned within 14 days for a full refund to the original purchaser, no questions asked.

If you have any unused Experience Vouchers, you can exchange them for anything else in our marketplace, no matter when. If you choose an experience that's more expensive, you'll need to pay the difference, but if you choose one that costs less, you'll receive a credit towards your next booking.

No refunds are allowed once the experience is booked, but you can reschedule up to 24 hours before your experience, for a date within a year of the original booking. To reschedule, contact the experience provider directly. No-shows or rescheduling less than 24 hours in advance means losing the value of your experience.
