What to expect on the day of the experience?

Duration: 10 hours; this is a full day tour from roughly 8:00am-6:00pm

Who will be present: You will have a guide with you at all times; also, other guests may be joining (up to 16 people).
Spectators: No spectators are allowed, everyone must have a ticket/reservations.
Photo/ video: You may take your own photos.

How to prepare?

Weather dependency: Rain or shine, the experience will be running.
Arrival: Plan to arrive at the pickup point a few minutes in advance.
What to wear: San Francisco's weather can be as unpredictable as a twist in a mystery novel, so it is recommended to dress in layers and wear comfortable walking shoes.
What to bring:
- Valid government-issued ID
- Water bottle, hat, sunscreen, camera, and an umbrella
- Cash and/ or credit card
Restrooms/ lockers/ changing rooms: Bathrooms will be available at each winery.

Anything else I should know before going on this experience?

If you're staying a bit away from the heart of San Francisco, no need to fret. Simply take a shared ride service or use public transportation to reach the Hilton Union Square hotel on O'Farrell Street. Meet the group at the Mason Street side entrance, and they'll ensure your smooth journey to Napa Valley!

Journey from San Francisco to Napa Valley, soaking in scenic views and learning about the region's unique microclimates and soils vital to its winemaking. Capture iconic photos at the Napa Valley Welcome Sign and savor a leisurely lunch in charming Calistoga. At V. Sattui Winery, enjoy beautifully landscaped gardens and tastings in the underground wine cave. Discover the finest vineyard tours on this Napa Valley wine tour, all starting from the heart of San Francisco.

Itinerary:
8:00 AM to 10:00 AM - Hotel pickup, head to Napa
10:00 AM to 12:00 PM - Reserve Tasting at Castello di Amorosa
12:15 PM to 1:45 PM - Explore and Have Lunch in Calistoga
2:00 PM to 3:00 PM - Tour & Taste at V. Sattui Winery
3:30 PM to 4:30 PM - Feel the Artistry at Ru Vango
4:30 PM to 6:00 PM - Relax on the Return to San Francisco

In case of unforeseen circumstances, a winery may be substituted with a comparable experience.

Returns, exchanges and cancellation

Unused Experience Vouchers can be returned within 30 days for a full refund to the original purchaser, no questions asked.

If you have any unused Experience Vouchers, you can exchange them for anything else in our marketplace, no matter when. If you choose an experience that's more expensive, you'll need to pay the difference, but if you choose one that costs less, you'll receive a credit towards your next booking.

No refunds are allowed once the experience is booked, but you can reschedule up to 72 hours before your experience, for a date within a year of the original booking. To reschedule, contact the experience provider directly. No-shows or rescheduling less than 72 hours in advance means losing the value of your experience.
