• Children: All participants must pay to participate; infants under 1 year are free if they sit on an adult’s lap.
• Individuals with disabilities: The boat is accessible for push-wheelchairs; it is not equipped for electric wheelchairs.
• Languages: Commentary available in English and Spanish.
• Pets: Sorry, no pets allowed.

What to expect on the day of the experience?

• Duration: 1 Hour
• What’s included: A sightseeing cruise of New York Harbor with live commentary, a visit from Santa Claus for free photos, and indoor/outdoor seating.
• Who will be present: Santa Claus, other families, and a crew to guide the cruise. It is a shared experience with other participants.
• Spectators: All guests must have a ticket; no spectators without a ticket are allowed.
• Photo/video: You may take your own photos. Santa Claus will be available for free photos with families. Flash photography is not permitted during the cruise.
• Specific rules to follow: Alcohol consumption is only permitted for those 21+ with a valid ID. No outside food or drinks are allowed on board.

How to prepare?

• Weather dependency: The cruise will take place regardless of the weather, with both indoor and outdoor seating available.
• Arrival: Plan to arrive 15-30 minutes before the scheduled departure time to ensure smooth boarding.
• Parking: Public transportation is nearby, but parking options may be available near the harbor.
• What to wear: Dress warmly for the outdoor decks as it can get cold. Comfortable clothing is recommended.
• What to bring:
  • A valid photo ID for purchasing alcohol.
  • A camera for capturing the views and photos with Santa.
• Restrooms/lockers/changing rooms: Restrooms are available on board, but no changing rooms or lockers.

Anything else I should know before going on this experience?

• The cruise sails within 100 feet of the Statue of Liberty, offering great photo opportunities.
• Food, drinks, and snacks are available for purchase on board, including holiday-themed treats such as hot chocolate and cookies.
• No landing will be made at Liberty Island or Ellis Island.

Unused Experience Vouchers can be returned within 14 days for a full refund to the original purchaser, no questions asked.

If you have any unused Experience Vouchers, you can exchange them for anything else in our marketplace, no matter when. If you choose an experience that's more expensive, you'll need to pay the difference, but if you choose one that costs less, you'll receive a credit towards your next booking.

No refunds are allowed once the experience is booked, but you can reschedule up to 24 hours before your experience, for a date within a year of the original booking. To reschedule, contact the experience provider directly. No-shows or rescheduling less than 24 hours in advance means losing the value of your experience.
