Who can you accommodate for?

Children: Children 3 and under cruise for free with advance notice. All participants under the age of 18 years old must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
Individuals with disabilities: The vessel is not wheelchair accessible.
Dietary restrictions: The chef can accommodate gluten-free, vegetarian, and vegan diets as well as peanut and shellfish allergies.

Who will be present: This is a public cruise with up to 120 guests, however you will be on the top floor with only 30 total guests on deck. You will have your own private table. The waitstaff and crew will also be onboard to serve you!
Spectators: No spectators are allowed, everyone must have a ticket.
Photo/ video: Photos and video are encouraged!

How to prepare?

Weather dependency: Rain or shine, the experience will be running.
Arrival: Plan to arrive 30 minutes prior to the cruise time to board the boat.
Parking: There is a paid parking lot available at the pier.
What to wear: Dress for the occasion, and the weather, so you can enjoy the outdoor decks!
What to bring: Government issued, photo ID, and gratuity for the wait staff and crew.
Restrooms/ lockers/ changing rooms: Restrooms are available onsite, but there are no lockers or changing rooms.

Returns, exchanges and cancellation

Unused Experience Vouchers can be returned within 30 days for a full refund to the original purchaser, no questions asked.

If you have any unused Experience Vouchers, you can exchange them for anything else in our marketplace, no matter when. If you choose an experience that's more expensive, you'll need to pay the difference, but if you choose one that costs less, you'll receive a credit towards your next booking.

No refunds or rescheduling are allowed once the experience is booked.
