• Children: All participants must pay to participate, children included. Due to the historical nature of the sites, parental guidance is advised.
• Individuals with disabilities: The tour is accessible, but some areas might be challenging for those with severe mobility issues. Please inform us in advance so we can make necessary arrangements.
• Dietary restrictions: Lunch is included, and dietary needs can be accommodated with prior notice.

What to expect on the day of the experience?

• Duration: This is a 13-hour tour.
• What’s included: Round-trip airfare from Kailua-Kona to Oahu, guided tours of Pearl Harbor, USS Arizona Memorial, USS Missouri, and related sites, a no-host lunch, and round-trip transportation from Waikiki.
• Who will be present: A knowledgeable guide will accompany you throughout the day to provide detailed commentary and manage the schedule.
• Photo/video: Photography is encouraged; however, large camera bags and equipment might need to be stored in lockers due to security restrictions at some sites.

How to prepare?

• Weather dependency: The tour operates rain or shine. Most areas are outdoors, so appropriate attire should be considered.
• Arrival: Arrive at the Kailua-Kona airport at least 90 minutes before the scheduled departure to allow time for check-in and security.
• Parking: Available at Kailua-Kona Airport; standard parking fees apply.
• What to wear: Comfortable, weather-appropriate clothing and walking shoes. Consider a light jacket as mornings can be cool.
• What to bring: Valid government-issued photo ID, water, sunscreen, hat, and sunglasses. Large bags are not permitted at Pearl Harbor; small wallets and clutches are advisable.
• Restrooms/lockers/changing rooms: Restrooms are available at all sites. Lockers are available for rent at Pearl Harbor for storage of larger items.

Unused Experience Vouchers can be returned within 14 days for a full refund to the original purchaser, no questions asked.

If you have any unused Experience Vouchers, you can exchange them for anything else in our marketplace, no matter when. If you choose an experience that's more expensive, you'll need to pay the difference, but if you choose one that costs less, you'll receive a credit towards your next booking.

No refunds are allowed once the experience is booked, but you can reschedule up to 7 days before your experience, for a date within a year of the original booking. To reschedule, contact the experience provider directly. No-shows or rescheduling less than 7 days in advance means losing the value of your experience.
