• What to wear: Because of the special techniques used for this massage, less clothing is best, but you are welcome to disrobe based on your comfort level

• Restrooms/lockers/changing rooms: There is a restroom available as well as a large private room where couples can change in private.

When should I arrive for my appointment?

Please plan to arrive about 15 minutes before your scheduled service. This allows time to complete a short intake form or use the restroom. If you arrive late, your service may be shortened to keep the schedule on track for the next client.

What is your draping policy during services?

You should undress to your level of comfort for massages and body treatments. Some guests choose to fully undress; others prefer to leave on underwear. No matter what you choose, you’ll be professionally draped for privacy throughout the session.

What sanitization and safety measures are in place?

We sanitize the massage table and replace all linens after every session. The staff thoroughly washes their hands and arms before each service to maintain a clean and safe environment.

Do you have both male and female therapists?

Yes, both male and female technicians are available. If you have a preference, please let us know when booking your appointment.

Is gratuity included?

For couples massages, specialty services, and gifted massages, a 20% gratuity (based on the full retail value) will be collected at check-in.
For all other services, a 20% tip is recommended. Tipping envelopes are available at the front desk for your convenience.

Unused Experience Vouchers can be returned within 14 days for a full refund to the original purchaser, no questions asked.

If you have any unused Experience Vouchers, you can exchange them for anything else in our marketplace, no matter when. If you choose an experience that's more expensive, you'll need to pay the difference, but if you choose one that costs less, you'll receive a credit towards your next booking.

No refunds are allowed once the experience is booked, but you can reschedule up to 24 hours before your experience. To reschedule, contact the experience provider directly. No-shows or rescheduling less than 24 hours in advance means losing the value of your experience.
