Our assortment of axe throwing hatchets weighs a mere 2 pounds or less, making them exceptionally user-friendly. Instructors well-versed in the art of axe throwing will impart valuable techniques and safety protocols.

• Pets: Pets are not permitted.

What to expect on the day of the experience?

• Duration: 1 hour + 15 minutes for check in.
• What’s included: 
  • Admission to the experience and all equipment needed.
• Who will be present: You’ll be with an instructor and additional participants. Each axe throwing lane can accommodate 8 participants.
• Spectators: Spectators can watch from outside the throwing area.
• Photo/ video: You are welcome to take photos and videos.
• Specific rules to follow: Your instructors will give all rules the day of the experience.

How to prepare?

• Weather dependency: Go Ape will operate rain or shine but close for dangerous weather, such as thunderstorms or high winds. If we happen to close on the day of your event, we’ll contact you as soon as possible to reschedule.
• Arrival: Plan to arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled session time.
• Parking: There is available parking on site.
• What to wear: Closed toe, closed heel, fully enclosed shoes are required. For your safety, do NOT wear sandals, slip-ons, or any shoe where your foot or toes are partially exposed.
• Restrooms/ lockers/ changing rooms: There will be restrooms, changing rooms and lockers on site.

Unused Experience Vouchers can be returned within 14 days for a full refund to the original purchaser, no questions asked.

If you have any unused Experience Vouchers, you can exchange them for anything else in our marketplace, no matter when. If you choose an experience that's more expensive, you'll need to pay the difference, but if you choose one that costs less, you'll receive a credit towards your next booking.

No refunds are allowed once the experience is booked, but you can reschedule up to 7 days before your experience, for a date within a year of the original booking. To reschedule, contact the experience provider directly. No-shows or rescheduling less than 7 days in advance means losing the value of your experience.
