Any restrictions to participate?

• Age: Minimum age to fly is 6 years old. Children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by an adult.
• Health limitations: Not suitable for pregnant individuals, those with back or neck injuries, or anyone under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
• Physical limitations: Min. and max. combined weight restrictions apply and vary daily; please check in advance.

Who can you accommodate for?

• Children: All participants must pay to participate, children included.

What to expect on the day of the experience?

• Duration: Each flight offers 8-10 minutes of air time, with trips offered every 90 minutes.
• What’s included: Safety briefing, life jacket, parasail flight, boat ride, bottled water, and a lifetime memory. Photos available for purchase.
• Who will be present: Parasail flights require at least 2 passengers; single bookings may be canceled.
• Spectators: Observers may join with available seats for a fee.
• Photo/ video: HD Digital Photo Services available, capturing 50-60 stills of your experience.

How to prepare?

• Weather dependency: Experience operates rain or shine.
• Arrival: Arrive 30 minutes before your trip time with the ID and credit card used for booking.
• Parking: Available at the Miami Beach Marina's "North" parking garage or at 5th and Alton Public Parking for the first 2 hours free.
• What to wear: Clothing that can get wet.
• What to bring: Photo ID, the credit card used to make the reservation, extra cash for tips, and personal belongings, which can be brought on board.

Anything else I should know before going on this experience?

• A parent or guardian's signature is needed for anyone under 18.

Unused Experience Vouchers can be returned within 14 days for a full refund to the original purchaser, no questions asked.

If you have any unused Experience Vouchers, you can exchange them for anything else in our marketplace, no matter when. If you choose an experience that's more expensive, you'll need to pay the difference, but if you choose one that costs less, you'll receive a credit towards your next booking.

No refunds are allowed once the experience is booked, but you can reschedule up to 24 hours before your experience, for a date within a year of the original booking. To reschedule, contact the experience provider directly. No-shows or rescheduling less than 24 hours in advance means losing the value of your experience.
