👩‍🍳 No experience necessary, plus all the equipment and ingredients for a casual and fun learning experience for all levels will be provided.

🍷 Guests are invited to BYOB (beer, wine, and champagne only), limited to one bottle of wine per pair.

Who can you accommodate for?

What to expect on the day of the experience?

  • Duration: This class is approximately 2 hours long.
  • What’s included: All instruction, equipment and ingredients needed.
  • Who will be present: You will have a teacher with you at all times; also, other guests may be joining (from 8 to 24 people).
  • Spectators: Everyone must have a ticket/reservations.
  • Photo/ video: Photography is allowed and encouraged.

  • Parking: You can park at the experience location.
  • What to wear: We recommend wearing comfortable clothing and shoes. Please dress in clothing you won't mind getting dirty.

  • Restrooms/ lockers/ changing rooms: There are restrooms at the experience location.

Full description

Embark on a culinary journey with our Italian Master Chef Instructor, Gianluca, and discover the history and traditions of regional Italian cuisine.

The class begins highlighting Liguria, the birthplace of pesto alla Genovese (Basil pesto) and one of the most famous cold sauces in the world. Chef Gianluca will teach only the most authentic techniques, including using a mortar and pestle for pesto.

Next the class will highlight Emilia Romagna, the Italian region famous for Mortadella, Prosciutto di Parma, and Bolognese sauce, participants will learn to make fresh egg Tagliatelle pasta from scratch. The method for preparing the pasta dish will come from Veneto, the homeland of Bellini and Tiramisu.
After cooking and plating, everyone will sit down to enjoy the best plate of pasta.

No experience is necessary, as we provide all the equipment and ingredients. Our events are casual, fun, and instructive, designed to be enjoyed by both cooking enthusiasts and first-timers.

To participate, arrive 15 minutes early.
Drinks are not included in the ticket price, but guests are welcome to bring their own beer, wine, or champagne. Please note that only one bottle of wine per pair is allowed.

Returns, exchanges and cancellation

Unused Experience Vouchers can be returned within 30 days for a full refund to the original purchaser, no questions asked.

If you have any unused Experience Vouchers, you can exchange them for anything else in our marketplace, no matter when. If you choose an experience that's more expensive, you'll need to pay the difference, but if you choose one that costs less, you'll receive a credit towards your next booking.

No refunds are allowed once the experience is booked, but you can reschedule up to 48 hours before your experience, for a date within a year of the original booking. To reschedule, contact the experience provider directly. No-shows mean losing the value of your experience. Rescheduling less than 48 hours in advance is subject to a $20 per person rescheduling fee.
