Welcome to the Pre & Postnatal Yoga Class! This specialized class is all about supporting you during these transformative phases of life with gentle vinyasa flows and expert care.

Throughout your pregnancy, our gentle vinyasa yoga sequences will help you prepare your mind and body for childbirth, fostering a sense of strength, flexibility, and serenity. It's not just about the physical aspect; this class also provides a space to connect with other expectant parents and find a sense of community and support.

Once your little bundle of joy has arrived, our postnatal recovery classes are here to nurture and care for your new body and brain. We'll focus on gentle movements and breathwork to aid in your healing journey and promote overall well-being.

Whether you're a seasoned yogi or completely new to the practice, this class is accessible to all levels. No previous yoga experience is needed; just bring your openness to learn and grow along with your baby bump or baby bundle!

  • Age: All age groups are welcomed

What to expect on the day of the experience?

  • Duration: 1 hour class
  • What’s included:
    • 1 yoga class
    • Does not include mat rental
  • Who will be present: You will have a teacher with you at all times and other guests will be joining in this class as well
  • Spectators: No spectators are allowed, everyone must have a ticket/reservations
  • Photo/ video: You may take your own photos
  • Specific rules to follow: No outdoor shoes are allowed in the studios. However, if you have foot or ankle-related injuries, you may use sneakers designated solely for indoor use.

How to prepare?

  • Weather dependency: This is an indoor experience
  • Arrival: Plan to arrive around 10 minutes in advance
  • Parking: You may park your car on location
  • What to wear: We suggest wearing comfortable clothing that allows you to move freely during the session. For maximum stability and safety, we encourage you to go barefoot on your mat and avoid wearing socks, as they may cause slipping.
  • What to bring:
    • A yoga mat (If you forget yours, don't worry, the partner offer $2 mat rentals)
    • A water bottle (They also have water fountains and bottle refill stations, making it super convenient for you to stay hydrated throughout the session)
  • Restrooms/ lockers/ changing rooms: Bathrooms available on site

Returns, exchanges and cancellation

Unused Experience Vouchers can be returned within 30 days for a full refund to the original purchaser, no questions asked.

If you have any unused Experience Vouchers, you can exchange them for anything else in our marketplace, no matter when. If you choose an experience that's more expensive, you'll need to pay the difference, but if you choose one that costs less, you'll receive a credit towards your next booking.

No refunds are allowed once the experience is booked, but you can reschedule up to 24 hours before your experience, for a date within a year of the original booking. To reschedule, contact the experience provider directly. No-shows or rescheduling less than 24 hours in advance means losing the value of your experience.
