• Age: All age groups are welcome.
• Physical limitations: This activity is a beach-loading catamaran and is not suitable for individuals with mobility issues or difficulty walking on their own. Guests will need to walk through sand and shallow water to board the vessel.
  • Pregnant women are welcome but should consult their doctor beforehand.

Who can you accommodate for?

• Children: Infants can join for free (a ticket is required), and all participants, including children, must have a ticket.
• Individuals with disabilities: The vessel is not wheelchair accessible and boards directly from the sand on the beach.
• Dietary restrictions: Notify staff at least 24 hours in advance for food allergies or dietary restrictions.
• Pets: No pets allowed, except service animals.

How to prepare?

• Weather dependency: The tour runs rain or shine but may be subject to cancellation or changes due to traffic or severe weather conditions.
• Arrival: Plan to arrive 30 minutes before departure. Late arrivals may forfeit their seats.
  • Departure: The tour departs from Kaʻanapali Beachwalk. Guests will check in at the Sea Maui kiosk located between Leilani’s Restaurant and Hula Grill at Whalers Village.
  • Return: The cruise ends at the same location where it began, returning to Kaʻanapali Beachwalk after the sunset dinner.
• Parking: Parking validation is provided for up to 4 hours at Whalers Village. Arrive early as parking and traffic can be heavy near the departure point.
• What to wear:
  • Avoid long dresses, skirts, and pants as they may get wet.
  • Bring a light jacket, sweatshirt, or cardigan for cooler evening temperatures.
  • Wear sandals or flip-flops for easy removal, as all shoes will be collected before boarding.
• What to bring:
  • A valid ID for guests consuming alcohol.
  • Gratuity for the crew (not included in the booking price).
  • Personal items like a camera or phone for photography.

Unused Experience Vouchers can be returned within 14 days for a full refund to the original purchaser, no questions asked.

If you have any unused Experience Vouchers, you can exchange them for anything else in our marketplace, no matter when. If you choose an experience that's more expensive, you'll need to pay the difference, but if you choose one that costs less, you'll receive a credit towards your next booking.

No refunds are allowed once the experience is booked, but you can reschedule up to 24 hours before your experience, for a date within a year of the original booking. To reschedule, contact the experience provider directly. No-shows or rescheduling less than 24 hours in advance means losing the value of your experience.
