Experience the magic of a Private Alpaca Trail Walk with up to 10 friends or family members. This 30-minute, 3/4 mile hike takes you through picturesque woodland trails, guided by friendly alpacas. As you stroll through the peaceful forest, let your worries drift away and enjoy the charming company of your new alpaca friend.

The trails can be a bit steep, so wear comfortable clothes and shoes you don't mind getting a little dirty. After the hike, spend some quality time with the farm's other residents, including goats, horses, chickens, and a kune kune pig. Seasonal refreshments are included, making this heartwarming adventure even more enjoyable. Connect with nature, make lasting memories, and embrace the tranquility of the alpaca trail.

  • Age: All age groups are welcome
  • Physical limitations: Need to be able to walk 3/4 mile on slightly steep trails
  • Experience level: All levels are welcome.

Who can you accommodate for?

  • Children: All participants must pay to participate, children included
  • Individuals with disabilities: This experience is not wheelchair accessible.
  • Pets: Sorry, no pets allowed.

What to expect on the day of the experience?

  • Duration: Each hike is approximately 30 minutes and 3/4 mile.
  • What’s included: Seasonal refreshments, a guided alpaca trail walk, and opportunities to interact with goats, horses, chickens, alpacas, and a kune kune pig before and after the hike.
  • Who will be present: You will have a guide with you at all times; this is a private group experience for up to 10 people.
  • Photo/ video: You may take your own photos, photos are encouraged!

How to prepare?

  • Weather dependency: Rain or shine, the experience will be running.
  • Arrival: Plan to arrive 15 minutes in advance.
  • Parking: You may park your car in the designated parking area.
  • What to wear: Clothes and shoes you don’t mind getting dirty.
  • What to bring: Water bottle, phones, and electronics for photos. No outside food or drinks allowed.
  • Restrooms/ lockers/ changing rooms: No changing rooms but restrooms are available.

Returns, exchanges and cancellation

Unused Experience Vouchers can be returned within 30 days for a full refund to the original purchaser, no questions asked.

If you have any unused Experience Vouchers, you can exchange them for anything else in our marketplace, no matter when. If you choose an experience that's more expensive, you'll need to pay the difference, but if you choose one that costs less, you'll receive a credit towards your next booking.

No refunds are allowed once the experience is booked, but you can reschedule up to 48 hours before your experience, for a date within a year of the original booking. To reschedule, contact the experience provider directly. No-shows or rescheduling less than 48 hours in advance means losing the value of your experience.
