Any restrictions to participate?

  • Age: Must be 8 years old or older to participate in this experience.

Who can you accommodate for?

  • Children: This is not an experience for children under the age of 8 years old.
  • Dietary restrictions: All Chefs can adapt to your preferences as the menu is 100% customizable.

What to expect on the day of the experience?

  • Duration: This experience will last approximately 3 hours.
  • What’s included:
    • A 4-course meal customized to your tastes and preferences
    • All of the ingredients, supplies, and equipment to prepare the meal
    • Cleanup after the meal
    • Gratuity, tableware, glassware, and alcohol are NOT included
  • Who will be present: You will have a chef with you at all times and your private group only.
  • Photo/ video: You may take your own photos.

How to prepare?

  • Weather dependency: This is an indoor experience at your home.
  • What to wear: Wear whatever you prefer!
  • Parking: Especially in major cities, if there's not ample parking available by your home and a fee is assessed, customer will need to pay chef directly.

Full description

Prior to the event, you will be provided with a catalog of more than 2 million ingredients to choose from, so you can create the ideal menu. Your personal chef will collaborate with you to ensure that the dishes are customized to your preferences.

Your personal chef will arrive 1 hour before the first course is to be served to set up. They source ingredients from professional suppliers and prepare a custom menu tailored to your tastes. Watch in awe as your chef cooks each course to perfection, and feel free to ask questions about the process. Savor every bite of the delicious dishes presented to your table! Once the meal is over, your chef will clean up and leave your kitchen spotless.

Returns, exchanges and cancellation

Unused Experience Vouchers can be returned within 30 days for a full refund to the original purchaser, no questions asked.

If you have any unused Experience Vouchers, you can exchange them for anything else in our marketplace, no matter when. If you choose an experience that's more expensive, you'll need to pay the difference, but if you choose one that costs less, you'll receive a credit towards your next booking.

No refunds are allowed once the experience is booked, but you can reschedule up to 7 days before your experience, for a date within a year of the original booking. To reschedule, contact the experience provider directly. No-shows or rescheduling less than 7 days in advance means losing the value of your experience.
