Any restrictions to participate?

• Age: All ages are welcome
• Weight: One person cannot exceed 300lbs and the total weight for 3 people is 600lbs. All passengers must be willing to be weighed for safety.
• Health limitations: We kindly request that pregnant women who are 36 weeks or further along in their pregnancy refrain from flying for their own comfort and safety.
• Experience level: No experience necessary

Who can you accommodate for?

• Children: Infants up to 2 years old (under 28lb) must sit on a lap and may fly for free.
• Individuals with disabilities: Not wheelchair or stroller accessible
• Language: English & German
• Pets: No pets allowed.

What to expect on the day of the experience?

• Duration: 30 minutes of flight time
• What’s included: 
  • Helicopter tour guided by your FAA certified pilot in a Robinson R44 helicopter with in flight commentary
  • Headsets
  • Window seat
  • All taxes, fees and handling charges
• Who will be present: You will fly with a FAA certified pilot.
• Spectators: Spectators are welcome to observe take-off and landing.
• Photo/ video: You may take your own photos

How to prepare?

• Weather dependency: This experience is weather dependent, if it is canceled due to inclement weather (heavy rain, low cloud ceilings, lightning, or extreme winds), you will be offered a different date.
• Arrival: Passengers must arrive 10 minutes prior to their scheduled departure
• Parking: Free parking available
• What to wear: Wear comfortable clothing, flat rubber-soled shoes are recommended
• What to bring: Please bring a valid ID; photo ID is required by all students and passengers
• Restrooms/ lockers/ changing rooms: There will be restrooms available

Anything else I should know before going on this experience?

• The R44’s aerodynamic fuselage optimizes airspeed and fuel economy. Hydraulic controls eliminate feedback forces and provide responsive handling. A low tail-rotor tip speed, newly designed muffler and large cambered tail reduce flyover noise.
• Please be advised sunset changes daily and you must look for the time that accommodates your wants. i.e. if you want a sunset, please look up sunset times for the time of year you’re wanting to fly. The partner is not responsible for the amount of light, darkness, or overcast during the time in which you book. Please plan accordingly.

Unused Experience Vouchers can be returned within 14 days for a full refund to the original purchaser, no questions asked.

If you have any unused Experience Vouchers, you can exchange them for anything else in our marketplace, no matter when. If you choose an experience that's more expensive, you'll need to pay the difference, but if you choose one that costs less, you'll receive a credit towards your next booking.

No refunds are allowed once the experience is booked, but you can reschedule up to 24 hours before your experience, for a date within a year of the original booking. To reschedule, contact the experience provider directly. No-shows or rescheduling less than 24 hours in advance means losing the value of your experience.
