What to expect on the day of the experience?

• Duration: Approximately 3 hours
• What’s included: 
  • Live music on board the bus
  • First beer at the first stop
  • First beer and food at the second stop
  • Trivia games and prizes
  • BYOB bus (beer/wine only, no hard liquor)
• Who will be present: You will have a guide with you at all times as well as your private group.
• Spectators: No spectators are allowed, everyone must have a reservation.
• Photo/ video: Photos and video are encouraged!
• Specific rules to follow: All participants must sign a waiver.

How to prepare?

• Weather dependency: Rain or shine, the experience will be running.
• Arrival: Plan to arrive 15 minutes in advance.
• Parking: There is parking available at the meeting location.
• What to bring:
  • Valid government issued ID
  • You are allowed to bring alcohol on the bus so long as it fits in a “lunch-box” sized cooler that can be stored under your seat. Wine/Champagne, beer/cider, hard seltzer cans, and any other form of canned fruity drink are allowed.
  • Food and hard liquor are not allowed on the bus. 
  • Gratuity for the crew is greatly appreciated if you enjoy the experience. Suggested gratuity is $10-$20 per person (cash or venmo).
• Restrooms/ lockers/ changing rooms: Restrooms will be available along the tour.

Unused Experience Vouchers can be returned within 14 days for a full refund to the original purchaser, no questions asked.

If you have any unused Experience Vouchers, you can exchange them for anything else in our marketplace, no matter when. If you choose an experience that's more expensive, you'll need to pay the difference, but if you choose one that costs less, you'll receive a credit towards your next booking.

No refunds are allowed once the experience is booked, but you can reschedule up to 48 hours before your experience, for a date within a year of the original booking. To reschedule, contact the experience provider directly. No-shows or rescheduling less than 48 hours in advance means losing the value of your experience.
