What to expect on the day of the experience?

• Duration: 3 hours. The tour may go slightly longer based on participant engagement.

  • Cooler with ice and bottled water
• Who will be present: A Captain and First Mate will be with you at all times. The boat accommodates up to 6 guests.
• Spectators: No spectators are allowed; everyone must have a ticket/reservation.
• Photo/ video: You may take your own photos. Additional professional photo and video packages are available for purchase.
• Specific rules to follow: All spray sunscreen must be applied before boarding the boat. No glass containers allowed onboard.

How to prepare?

• Weather dependency: The experience is weather-dependent; locations may change based on conditions.
• Arrival: Plan to arrive 10 minutes in advance at the pick-up location specified during booking.
• Parking:
  • Phil Foster Park: Parking can be difficult during peak hours, especially on weekends. Rideshare is recommended.
  • Downtown West Palm Beach: Parking is available in nearby garages or lots. Be prepared to walk a few blocks to the dock.
• What to wear: Swimsuit, sunscreen, sunglasses, hat, sandals or water shoes.
• What to bring:
  • Towel
  • Snacks and drinks (no glass containers)
  • Gratuity for the crew (cash, added to booking, or via Venmo)
• Restrooms/ lockers/ changing rooms: No changing rooms available, but there will be bathroom breaks.

Anything else I should know before going on this experience?

• All participants must sign a waiver before boarding the boat.

Unused Experience Vouchers can be returned within 14 days for a full refund to the original purchaser, no questions asked.

If you have any unused Experience Vouchers, you can exchange them for anything else in our marketplace, no matter when. If you choose an experience that's more expensive, you'll need to pay the difference, but if you choose one that costs less, you'll receive a credit towards your next booking.

No refunds are allowed once the experience is booked, but you can reschedule up to 48 hours before your experience, for a date within a year of the original booking. To reschedule, contact the experience provider directly. No-shows or rescheduling less than 48 hours in advance means losing the value of your experience.
