• Physical limitations: Participants must be able to step into and out of the hot tub boat with minimal assistance.

What to expect on the day of the experience?

• Who will be present: A licensed captain will operate the boat while participants relax in the hot tub.
  • The captain does not enter the hot tub.
  • The boat accommodates up to 20 passengers.
• Spectators: No spectators are allowed; all attendees must have a ticket.
• Photo/ video: Guests are encouraged to bring their phones for photos and videos. Waterproof phone cases are recommended.
• Specific rules to follow:
  • Consumption of alcohol is permitted, but participants must drink responsibly.
  • Smoking is prohibited on the boat.
  • Follow the safety instructions provided by the captain.

How to prepare?

• Weather dependency: The experience operates rain or shine. The boats are designed for comfort in most weather conditions. Severe weather may lead to cancellations with options to reschedule or refund.
• Arrival: Arrive at least 30 minutes before the scheduled departure time.
• Parking: Parking is available nearby; specific recommendations are provided at booking.
• What to wear: Swimwear is required. Bring warm clothing for before and after the tour, especially in cooler months.
• What to bring:
  • A water bottle.
  • Snacks or beverages if desired (alcohol permitted in moderation).
  • Waterproof phone case or camera.
• Restrooms/lockers/changing rooms: Restrooms are available at the dock. There are no changing facilities onboard, so come prepared in swimwear.

Anything else to know before going on this experience?

• A waiver must be signed before boarding.
• The water in the hot tub is freshly filtered and heated for each trip.
• Alcohol consumption is monitored, and the captain reserves the right to end the trip for safety reasons if necessary.

Unused Experience Vouchers can be returned within 14 days for a full refund to the original purchaser, no questions asked.

If you have any unused Experience Vouchers, you can exchange them for anything else in our marketplace, no matter when. If you choose an experience that's more expensive, you'll need to pay the difference, but if you choose one that costs less, you'll receive a credit towards your next booking.

No refunds are allowed once the experience is booked, but you can reschedule up to 48 hours before your experience, for a date within a year of the original booking. To reschedule, contact the experience provider directly. No-shows or rescheduling less than 48 hours in advance means losing the value of your experience.
