• Duration: 2.5 hours. Tour may go slightly longer based on participant engagement throughout the tour.

• Who will be present: A tour host will be present at all times, along with up to 14 total participants.
• Photo/video: Photos and videos are encouraged throughout the tour.
• Specific rules to follow: The tour operates on a schedule to ensure timely arrival at each stop.

How to prepare?

• Weather dependency: Rain or shine, the tour will run. Dress appropriately for the weather conditions on the day of the tour. In rare cases of anticipated severe weather, guests will be contacted directly.
• Arrival: Plan to arrive on time at the meeting point. Exact meeting point details are provided after ticket purchase. Tours begin at 4:00 p.m.
• Parking: Several public parking garages are located near the meeting point. Specific parking information is provided after ticket purchase.
• What to wear: Comfortable shoes and comfortable clothing are recommended.
• What to bring: A valid ID proving age 21+ is required. Cameras and phones are welcome.
• Restrooms: Bathrooms are available at participating bar locations during the tour.

Anything else I should know before going on this experience?

• The tour does not end at the same location as the meeting point. Return directions and a map are provided at the start of the tour. The return trip can be done on foot, by taxi, or via trolley or CAT bus.
• Gratuity for the tour host is not mandatory but is appreciated; the standard service industry gratuity is 15%.

Unused Experience Vouchers can be returned within 14 days for a full refund to the original purchaser, no questions asked.

No refunds are allowed once the experience is booked, but you can reschedule up to 24 hours before your experience, for a date within a year of the original booking. To reschedule, contact the experience provider directly. No-shows or rescheduling less than 24 hours in advance means losing the value of your experience.
