• Age: 3+. Participants under 16 years old must be accompanied by an adult.

Who can you accommodate for?

• Children: Everyone, children included, must purchase an experience to participate.
• Individuals with disabilities: Please let us know in advance if you or someone in your party has difficulties with walking or uses a wheelchair so we can make necessary accommodations.
• Languages: Tours are conducted in English only.
• Pets: Sorry, no pets allowed.

What to expect on the day of the experience?

• Duration: 1.5 hours.
• What’s included: Guided tour through Sedona's western canyons with a focus on the rich history of the area. Tour guides will share wild stories during this rugged ride.
• Who will be present: You will have a guide with you at all times; other guests may be joining.
• Spectators: No spectators are allowed, everyone must have a ticket/reservation.
• Photo/ video: You may take your own photos.
• Specific rules to follow: Follow the guide’s rules and the provided safety instructions.

How to prepare:

• Weather dependency: Rain or shine, the experience will be running. Be prepared for the changing high desert weather by wearing layers.
• Arrival: Plan to arrive 15 minutes in advance to ensure a timely departure.
• Parking: Information on parking will be provided upon booking.
• What to wear: Comfortable outdoor clothing, closed-toed walking shoes, and layers for comfort.
• What to bring:

  • Camera (with straps)
  • Sunscreen, sunglasses, and hat
  • Water (no glass containers please)
  • Contact lens wearers may want to use glasses
• Restrooms/ lockers/ changing rooms: Please use the restroom before the experience begins.

Anything else I should know before going on this experience?

• On horseback rides, it’s mandatory to wear closed-toe shoes.
• For safety and comfort, we may ask for the height and weight of each guest

Unused Experience Vouchers can be returned within 14 days for a full refund to the original purchaser, no questions asked.

If you have any unused Experience Vouchers, you can exchange them for anything else in our marketplace, no matter when. If you choose an experience that's more expensive, you'll need to pay the difference, but if you choose one that costs less, you'll receive a credit towards your next booking.

No refunds are allowed once the experience is booked, but you can reschedule up to 24 hours before your experience, for a date within a year of the original booking. To reschedule, contact the experience provider directly. No-shows or rescheduling less than 24 hours in advance means losing the value of your experience.
