Hotel Stay Information

• Age requirement: You must be 18 years or older to check into the hotel.
• What’s included: A stay in a hotel of your choice (from a carefully curated list of hotels offered).
• Check-in/check-out: Hotel check-in and check-out times vary. Please confirm with your selected hotel in advance.
• Pets: Most hotels do not allow pets. Check with the hotel directly if you plan to bring one.

Spa Experience Information

• Age: Must be 18 years or older typically for spa treatments, though some services may be available for younger participants; please check with individual service locations.
• What’s included: A $200 Spa Week Wellness Gift Card redeemable for health & beauty products as well as a comprehensive list of wellness services at participating Spa Week partners. Services include massages, facials, haircuts, yoga classes, acupuncture, fitness classes, botox and more. 
• Scheduling: Availability and booking policies vary by spa. Contact your selected location in advance to schedule your appointment.
• Services offered: Options may include massages, facials, manicures, body treatments, and more—dependent on the location.
• Expiration: Spa Week Gift Certificates never expire.
• What happens after I order a Spa Week Wellness gift card?:
  • After you place an order, you will receive an email containing your Giftory voucher for this product. Prior to redemption, all Giftory vouchers are fully exchangeable. Assuming relaxation is what they're looking for, they'll simply redeem their Giftory voucher and be issued a Spa Week gift certificate which they can apply towards their choice of spa, yoga, massage, or other wellness service.
  • Check with individual spa locations regarding the acceptance of certificates for gratuities and any other specific policies they might have.

Additional Considerations

• Credit card requirement: A credit card may be required at the time of booking your hotel or spa appointment.
• Flights & travel: Flights and additional travel arrangements are not included in this package.

Unused Experience Vouchers can be returned within 14 days for a full refund to the original purchaser, no questions asked.

If you have any unused Vouchers, you can exchange them for anything else in our marketplace, no matter when. If you choose an experience that's more expensive, you'll need to pay the difference.

All bookings are final and no cancellations will be allowed once the experience is booked. The rescheduling policy will depend on the hotel and experience chosen.
