You can select a pass that includes 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, or 7 attractions. Simply choose the option that best fits your travel plans and visit any included attractions from the available lineup.

How do I use the San Diego Essentials Pass?

After purchase, present your pass at each participating attraction for admission. Your pass can be accessed through the Go City app or displayed as a printed copy.

How long is the San Diego Essentials Pass valid?

Once activated at your first attraction, your pass is valid for 30 days. You have one year from the purchase date to activate it.

Your Go City San Diego Essentials Pass will be delivered by email after purchase. You can add it directly to the Go City app for easy access or print a copy if preferred.

What should I do if I lose my pass?

If you cannot locate your pass, contact Go City customer support for assistance. For the easiest access during your trip, we recommend storing your pass in the Go City app.

Unused Experience Vouchers can be returned within 14 days for a full refund to the original purchaser, no questions asked.

If you have any unused Experience Vouchers, you can exchange them for anything else in our marketplace, no matter when. If you choose an experience that's more expensive, you'll need to pay the difference, but if you choose one that costs less, you'll receive a credit towards your next booking.

No refunds or rescheduling. Go City Essentials passes are valid for one year from the date of purchase, and 30 days from the date of redemption.
