• Children: All participants must pay to participate, children included.
• Individuals with disabilities: The Ohana is not handicap accessible.
• Pets: Sorry, no pets allowed. However, all service animals are welcome aboard. They must have their ADA paperwork and/or tag visible.

What to expect on the day of the experience?

• Duration: 1 hour & 15 minutes

• Who will be present: You will have a captain and staff on the cruise at all times as well as up to 128 people on the cruise as well.
• Spectators: No spectators are allowed, everyone must have a ticket/reservations.
• Photo/ video: You may take your own photos.
• Specific rules to follow:
  • Outside alcohol is not permitted on board
  • Outside food is welcome with the exception of shelled nuts, sunflower seeds and gum, all of which are NOT permitted.

How to prepare?

• Weather dependency: A cruise may be cancelled in the case of severely bad weather. If a cruise is canceled, you will be notified prior to your departure time by phone and/or email directly by the provider.
• Arrival: Guests are suggested to check in 30 minutes prior to departure to ensure a spot on the boat before the trip is scheduled to begin. Please note that departure times are very prompt and leave as scheduled. Once the dock-lines are untied, the boat cannot be turned around. This means that being just a few minutes late may cause you to miss your cruise.
• Parking: There are two parking options:
  • Free street parking on Quivira Road.
  • Paid parking at the Hyatt Mission Bay.
  • All other parking lots in the area are private and are equipped with towing signs/restrictions.
    • It is also recommended to use an app-based car service such as Uber or Lyft if you would like to skip the concern of parking all together.
• What to wear: Please bring layers with you, especially on the Sunset and Evening Cruises. It tends to be a bit cooler out on the Bay, especially after the sun goes down. 
  • Indoor seating is available to accommodate passengers throughout cooler nights; however, bringing a jacket as an extra layer is a great idea in case you need it.
  • It is strongly recommended and encouraged, to wear non-slip/secure footwear for the cruises.
• What to bring: Please be sure to bring your voucher with you. We accept vouchers whether they are printed or on your smartphone.

Unused Experience Vouchers can be returned within 14 days for a full refund to the original purchaser, no questions asked.

If you have any unused Experience Vouchers, you can exchange them for anything else in our marketplace, no matter when. If you choose an experience that's more expensive, you'll need to pay the difference, but if you choose one that costs less, you'll receive a credit towards your next booking.

No refunds are allowed once the experience is booked, but you can reschedule up to 24 hours before your experience, for a date within a year of the original booking. To reschedule, contact the experience provider directly. No-shows or rescheduling less than 24 hours in advance means losing the value of your experience.
