• Who will be present: A professional certified driver-guide narrates the full bus tour. The tour operates on a full-size luxury coach; other guests will be present on the bus.
• Spectators: No spectators are allowed; all guests must have a ticket/reservation.
• Photo/video: Photos and videos are encouraged throughout the tour.
• Specific rules to follow: Guests must follow the Aquarium of the Bay's on-site guidelines when visiting the touch pools and animal exhibits.

How to prepare?

• Weather dependency: Rain or shine, the city bus tour will be running. The coach is fully air-conditioned. Some stops involve brief outdoor walks — dress appropriately for San Francisco's variable weather.
• Arrival: Plan to arrive at the meeting point 15 minutes before the tour start. Check in with the guide at the meeting point before the tour begins.
• Parking: Paid parking garages are available near both departure locations. For Union Square, the Union Square Garage (333 Post St.) is nearby. For Fisherman's Wharf, parking is available along Beach Street and in nearby garages. Both locations are also accessible via MUNI bus and cable car.
• What to wear: Comfortable clothing and good walking shoes are recommended for navigating Chinatown's streets.
• What to bring:
  • The booking confirmation (mobile or printed voucher) serves as the ticket for both the bus tour and the Aquarium of the Bay
  • A camera or smartphone for the scenic overlooks
  • Light snacks and a water bottle for the bus; lunch is not provided
• Restrooms: Full-size Gray Line coaches are equipped with onboard restrooms. Restrooms are also available at the Aquarium of the Bay at Pier 39.

No refunds are allowed once the experience is booked, but you can reschedule up to 24 hours before your experience, for a date within a year of the original booking. To reschedule, contact the experience provider directly. No-shows or rescheduling less than 24 hours in advance means losing the value of your experience.
