When does my Explorer Pass expire?
Your pass is valid for 30 days from the first activation (the first attraction visit). You have one year from the date of purchase to activate your pass.

Do I need to reserve my spot at attractions in advance?
Some attractions may require advance reservations. It's best to check the Go City website or app for specific attraction details.

How do I get my Go City Explorer Pass?
After purchase, you'll receive your pass via email. You can either download it to the Go City app or print it out.

What happens if I lose my pass?
If you lose your pass, contact Go City's customer support for assistance. It's best to save your pass in the Go City app for easy access.

Unused Experience Vouchers can be returned within 15 days for a full refund to the original purchaser, no questions asked.

If you have any unused Experience Vouchers, you can exchange them for anything else in our marketplace, no matter when. If you choose an experience that's more expensive, you'll need to pay the difference, but if you choose one that costs less, you'll receive a credit towards your next booking.
