How do they redeem it?

The recipient can redeem their voucher online by entering their unique voucher code. From there, they’ll explore the collection and select their desired experience.

When does the recipient choose the experience?

The recipient chooses their experience after receiving the voucher, allowing them to pick something that matches their preferences and schedule.

Will the recipient see the price of the gift?

No, the price of the voucher is not displayed to the recipient. They’ll only see the curated collection of experiences they can choose from, ensuring the gift feels thoughtful and special.

Unused Experience Vouchers can be returned within 14 days for a full refund to the original purchaser, no questions asked.

If you have any unused Vouchers, you can exchange them for anything else in our marketplace, no matter when. If you choose an experience that's more expensive, you'll need to pay the difference.

No refunds are allowed once the experience is booked, but you can reschedule up to 48 hours before your experience, for a date within a year of the original booking. To reschedule, contact the experience provider directly. No-shows or rescheduling less than 48 hours in advance means losing the value of your experience.
