This experience offers an exhilarating 2-hour flying trapeze class that caters to all fitness levels and ages 6 and up. Participants are introduced to the basics of trapeze in a safe and supportive environment, starting with a ground school session led by experienced instructors. After mastering take-off techniques and practicing on the ground, students climb the ladder and swing through the air, connected to safety lines throughout the experience. The final part of the class includes catching, where an instructor catches the flyer mid-air, providing a unique and thrilling experience. These classes are designed to maximize time in the air, allowing each student to progress at their own pace while enjoying the community and fun of this circus art.

What to expect on the day of the experience?

• Duration: 2 hours
• What’s included: Professional instruction from three instructors, safety equipment including belts and lines, and a net for safe landings.
• Who will be present: You will have three instructors with you at all times; other students may be joining, with a limit of ten students per class.
• Photo/ video: You may take your own photos.
• Specific rules to follow: Follow the instructors’ rules and the provided safety instructions at all times.

How to prepare:

• Weather dependency: Classes will run regardless of weather conditions. Be prepared for the environment.
• Arrival: Plan to arrive 15 minutes in advance to ensure a timely start. All participants must sign a waiver online in advance.
• Parking: Information on parking will be provided upon booking.
• What to wear:
  • Snug-fitting workout clothes (tights, yoga pants, snug sweat pants).
  • Shirts with sleeves that cover your midsection fully.
  • Socks that protect the toes.
  • Avoid loose, baggy clothing, hard hair clips, and jewelry.
• What to bring:
  • Photo ID
  • Water bottle (water bottle filling stations available)
  • Camera (with straps)
  • Sunscreen, sunglasses, and hat (for outdoor classes)
  • Towel (for hot days)
  • Contact lens wearers may want to use glasses
• Restrooms: There will be restrooms at the experience location.

Anything else I should know before going on this experience?

• Flying trapeze classes are structured for both first-time and returning students, allowing progression at your own pace.
• All participants must sign a waiver online in advance. Minors must have their waiver signed by a parent or legal guardian.
• Students keep track of their progress in the TSNYLA Logbook.
• Multi-week sessions known as Intensive Flying Workshops (IFW) are available for those looking to further develop their skills.

Unused Experience Vouchers can be returned within 14 days for a full refund to the original purchaser, no questions asked.

If you have any unused Experience Vouchers, you can exchange them for anything else in our marketplace, no matter when. If you choose an experience that's more expensive, you'll need to pay the difference, but if you choose one that costs less, you'll receive a credit towards your next booking.

No refunds are allowed once the experience is booked, but you can reschedule up to 72 hours before your experience, for a date within a year of the original booking. To reschedule, contact the experience provider directly. No-shows or rescheduling less than 72 hours in advance means losing the value of your experience.
