Individuals with disabilities: Unfortunately, this experience is not ADA accessible.
Languages: The tour will be given in English.
Pets: Sorry, no pets allowed.

Who will be present: You will have a guide with you at all times; also, other guests may be joining.
Spectators: No spectators are allowed, everyone must have a ticket/reservations.
Photo/ video: You may take your own photos.
Specific rules to follow: Attachments such as double trailers and tag-a-long bikes are not permitted on the tour for the safety reasons. No customer under the age of 18 will be given a bike without an adult over the age of 18 present.

How to prepare?

Weather dependency: Rain or shine, the experience will be running.
Arrival: Plan to arrive 15 minutes in advance
Parking: Parking may be available in the area.
What to wear: Clothes and shoes you can easily bike in.
What to bring: Please bring one government-issued photo ID to be retained as a deposit for all rentals and a credit card to be kept on file for the security of the bikes.
Restrooms/ lockers/ changing rooms: Please use any facilities before the tour begins.

Full description

This guided tour starts at the famous Santa Monica Pier and takes you on a 7-8 mile ride along the California coast. You'll visit the charming Venice Canals, the lively Marina del Rey, and the iconic Muscle Beach. Our licensed tour guide will give you fun facts and insights about the area as you stop for photo opportunities at famous sights and hidden gems throughout the tour.

Includes your bike rental, a helmet, basket/bike bag, and a licensed tour guide. All guests must be able to ride a bicycle on their own. For safety reasons, we do not allow children's attachments like trailers and tag-a-longs on tours. No guest under the age of 18 will be given a bike without an adult over the age of 18 present. Please bring one government-issued photo ID to be retained as a deposit for all rentals and a credit card to be kept on file for the security of the bikes.

Returns, exchanges and cancellation

Unused Experience Vouchers can be returned within 30 days for a full refund to the original purchaser, no questions asked.

If you have any unused Experience Vouchers, you can exchange them for anything else in our marketplace, no matter when. If you choose an experience that's more expensive, you'll need to pay the difference, but if you choose one that costs less, you'll receive a credit towards your next booking.

No refunds are allowed once the experience is booked, but you can reschedule up to 24 hours before your experience, for a date within a year of the original booking. To reschedule, contact the experience provider directly. No-shows or rescheduling less than 24 hours in advance means losing the value of your experience.
