Any restrictions to participate?

• Age: 6+
• Weight: Individual participants cannot exceed 250 pounds
• Height: Participants must be at least 44” tall to safely see over the basket
• Physical limitations: Passengers must be able to stand for at least an hour. If passengers have any physical conditions such as back, knee, shoulder, hip or heart problems / recent operations please make note at the time of booking.

Who can you accommodate for?

• Individuals with disabilities: This experience is not wheelchair accessible, however the experience provider is able to help passengers into the balloon basket and can provide a stool to sit on for the duration of the flight. 
• Dietary restrictions: If you have any special dietary restrictions, please make a note at the time of booking. 
• Pets: Sorry, no pets allowed.

What to expect on the day of the experience?

• Duration: 4 hours total (pre-flight prep, flight and post flight celebration). 45-60 minutes of flight time. 
• What’s included: 
  • Hot Air Balloon experience
  • Champagne toast and breakfast after the flight. Breakfast will likely include breakfast burritos, croissants, and fruit.

   

• Who will be present: Your pilot, yourself and 4 total passengers.
• Spectators: You must have a reservation to fly in the balloon, however non-flying guests are welcome to watch the balloon take-off and ride with the chase crew during the flight. 
• Photo/ video: Photos are encouraged! 
• Specific rules to follow: Smoking is not allowed in the balloon. The experience provider reserves the right to turn participants away for public intoxication and rude behavior.

How to prepare?

• Weather dependency: This experience is impacted greatly by the weather. In the event your experience is canceled due to inclement weather you will reschedule your experience directly with the experience provider. All participants must call the experience provider the evening before their flight (between 5-6pm) to check on the weather. Further instructions will be provided upon booking.
• Arrival: Plan on arriving 10 minutes prior to your scheduled time.
• Parking: There is ample parking available at the meeting location. 
• What to wear: Dress as if you were walking outside. No additional clothing will be necessary while in the air. A hat is recommended and close-toe, flat sole shoes are required. Heels and sandals are not permitted.
• What to bring: You are welcome to bring a small light-weight bag with you in the balloon or you may leave any belongings in the chase vehicle. A hat and a camera are also recommended. 
• Gratuity: Gratuity for your pilot is always greatly appreciated if you enjoy the experience.
• Restrooms: Restrooms are available at the meeting location.

Unused Experience Vouchers can be returned within 14 days for a full refund to the original purchaser, no questions asked.

If you have any unused Experience Vouchers, you can exchange them for anything else in our marketplace, no matter when. If you choose an experience that's more expensive, you'll need to pay the difference, but if you choose one that costs less, you'll receive a credit towards your next booking.

No refunds are allowed once the experience is booked, but you can reschedule up to 72 hours before your experience, for a date within a year of the original booking. To reschedule, contact the experience provider directly. No-shows or rescheduling less than 72 hours in advance means losing the value of your experience.
