Any restrictions to participate?

• Age: Please check your specific event page to confirm whether any age restrictions have been imposed for your event. All guests, regardless of age, require a ticket to attend all events at Sphere.
• Health limitations: Events at Sphere are immersive experiences that, depending on the event, may include elements such as seat haptics, movement sensations, flashing lights, intense lighting, visual effects, loud noises, falling and flying objects, projectiles, pyrotechnics and atmospheric simulations such as fog, wind, bubbles, mist and scent. Such elements may aggravate certain medical or physical conditions, and guests should take into consideration if they have a history of discomfort or physical symptoms when experiencing these elements. If you have any concerns and/or are pregnant, you should consult with your physician prior to attending an immersive experience. Who can you accommodate for?

• Individuals with disabilities: The venue is wheelchair accessible with companion seating and accessible restrooms available. Please contact the Sphere in advance to plan accordingly.
• Languages: The main presentation is in English.
• Pets: Pets are not allowed, with the exception of certified service animals.
  • If you or a member of your party is bringing a service animal, we strongly recommend that you contact the Accessibility Services Department prior to your event.

What to expect on the day of the experience?

• Duration: The show is approximately 75 minutes.
• What’s Included:
  • A credit toward tickets to a show at The Sphere, Las Vegas
    • Credit can be applied to one (1) ticket transaction only.
    • Please note: Any unused portion of the credit will be forfeited and cannot be applied to future purchases or refunded.
• Who will be present: Venue staff and audience members; this is a large public show with seating throughout the Sphere.
• Spectators: Only ticketed guests are permitted entry.
• Photo/ video: Personal photos may be taken before the show begins. Flash photography and video recording are not permitted during the performance.
• Specific rules to follow:
  • Late seating is not allowed; guests must arrive on time.
  • Laptops and tablets are not permitted inside Sphere.
  • All guests must comply with venue safety and staff instructions.
  • Sphere is a “no bag” facility, meaning that large bags and backpacks are not permitted inside the venue. Diaper bags and bags required for medical items as well as small clutches, purses, and fanny packs that are no larger than approximately 6 in. x 6 in. x 2 in. are permitted.

How to prepare?

• Weather dependency: This is an indoor experience and operates regardless of weather conditions.
• Arrival: Arrive 15–30 minutes prior to showtime to allow for check-in and seating.
• Parking: On-site Sphere parking is available. 
• What to wear: Smart casual or comfortable attire is recommended.
• What to bring:
  • Valid photo ID.
  • Your digital or printed ticket.
  • Cameras or phones may be used for pre-show photos only.
• Restrooms/ lockers/ changing rooms: Restrooms are available within the venue; Sphere does not provide an area to check bags, coats or any other personal belongings.

Unused Experience Vouchers can be returned within 14 days for a full refund to the original purchaser, no questions asked.

If you have any unused Experience Vouchers, you can exchange them for anything else in our marketplace, no matter when. If you choose an experience that's more expensive, you'll need to pay the difference, but if you choose one that costs less, you'll receive a credit towards your next booking.

Exchanges are only valid if the original experience has not yet been redeemed and must apply to the full value of the original voucher. Partial exchanges are not permitted once this experience has been redeemed.

No refunds or rescheduling are allowed once the experience is booked.
