  • Duration: Approximately 90 minutes. Tour length may vary slightly due to weather or waterway traffic.
  • What’s included: Fully narrated sightseeing cruise along Fort Lauderdale’s New River, access to a full bar with alcoholic/non‑alcoholic drinks and snacks (purchased separately).
  • Who will be present: Professional guide providing narration, crew members, and other guests (capacity up to 385 passengers).
  • Photo/video: Personal photography is welcome.
  • Specific rules to follow: No weapons, outside food, or beverages allowed. Smoking is not permitted onboard.
    How to prepare?
  • Weather dependency: Operates rain or shine; vessel is covered with open sides for sightseeing.
  • Arrival: Arrive at least 45 minutes before departure for parking, check‑in, and boarding. Boarding begins approximately 45 minutes prior to departure and the boat leaves promptly at the scheduled time.
  • Parking: Paid parking available at departure location
  • What to wear: Casual attire; comfortable shoes recommended.
  • What to bring: Mobile or printed barcode confirmation for check‑in, camera or phone for photos.
  • What’s not allowed: Outside food, drinks, coolers, or weapons.
  • Restrooms/ lockers/ changing rooms: Restrooms available onboard.
    Anything else I should know before going on this experience?
  • No reserved seating — first‑come, first‑served.
  • Boat cruises only on calm inland waterways; no ocean travel.

Returns, exchanges and cancellation

Unused Experience Vouchers can be returned within 15 days for a full refund to the original purchaser, no questions asked.

If you have any unused Experience Vouchers, you can exchange them for anything else in our marketplace, no matter when. If you choose an experience that's more expensive, you'll need to pay the difference, but if you choose one that costs less, you'll receive a credit towards your next booking.

No refunds are allowed once the experience is booked, but you can reschedule up to 72 hour before your experience, for a date within a year of the original booking. To reschedule, contact the experience provider directly. No-shows or rescheduling less than 72 hours in advance means losing the value of your experience.
