Any restrictions to participate?

  • Age: All age groups can patriciate in the eSports Sim. 16+ recommended for Pro Sim due to highly realistic affects and movement.
  • Experience level: All skill levels are welcome
  • Weight: Weight limit for the pro sim is 300lbs and 350lbs for the Esports sim
  • Height: Minimum height limit is 58"
    Who can you accommodate for?
  • Children: All participants must pay to participate, children included
  • Individuals with disabilities: The facility is wheelchair accessible; service animals are allowed
  • Pets: Sorry, no pets allowed
    What to expect on the day of the experience?
  • Duration: 1 hour
  • What’s included: Use of a full-motion racing simulator and choice of one GT car
  • Who will be present: A staff member will assist and guide participants. Sessions may include other guests, but each participant races individually.
  • Spectators: No spectators are allowed; all participants must have a reservation
  • Photo/video: Photos and videos are encouraged; personal devices may be used during non-driving moments
    How to prepare?
  • Weather dependency: This is an indoor experience
  • Arrival: Plan to arrive at least 10 minutes before the scheduled start time
  • Parking: On-site parking is available
  • What to wear: Comfortable clothing and closed-toe shoes recommended
  • What to bring:
  • Personal items such as phones and small bags (storage space available during the race)
  • Food and drinks are not permitted inside the simulator area
  • Restrooms/lockers/changing rooms: Restrooms available on-site

  • Each booking includes one car per session
  • Returning participants can continue from their previous progress in Career Mode.

Returns, exchanges and cancellation

Unused Experience Vouchers can be returned within 15 days for a full refund to the original purchaser, no questions asked.

If you have any unused Experience Vouchers, you can exchange them for anything else in our marketplace, no matter when. If you choose an experience that's more expensive, you'll need to pay the difference, but if you choose one that costs less, you'll receive a credit towards your next booking.

No refunds are allowed once the experience is booked, but you can reschedule up to 24 hours before your experience, for a date within a year of the original booking. To reschedule, contact the experience provider directly. No-shows or rescheduling less than 24 hours in advance means losing the value of your experience.
