After you place an order, you will receive an email containing your Giftory voucher for this experience. Prior to redemption, all Giftory vouchers are fully exchangeable. • Spectators: Spectators are not permitted. Only guests receiving services may enter treatment areas.
• Photo / video: Photography and video are not allowed in treatment areas to ensure guest privacy.
• Specific rules to follow:
  • Guests must arrive on time and complete any required intake forms.
  • A valid ID and method of payment will be verified at check-in.
  • A mandatory 20% service charge is added to the bill, consisting of a 17% Staff Charge and 3% House Charge. The House Charge is not a gratuity.
