Age: Guests must be 18+ to access the spa.
Health limitations: Those with medical conditions, including heart conditions, respiratory issues, or pregnancy, should consult a physician before using saunas, steam rooms, or heat-based amenities.

Who can you accommodate for?

Children: This is not an experience for children; guests must be 18+.
Individuals with disabilities: World Spa is wheelchair accessible. Service animals are welcome.
Dietary restrictions: Food and beverages sold onsite may accommodate dietary needs; ask staff for assistance.
Pets: No pets allowed; service animals permitted.

What to expect on the day of the experience?

- Monday–Friday: unlimited access
- Saturday–Sunday: 4-hour access

- Admission grants access to all pools, saunas, steam rooms, relaxation areas, and wellness amenities.
- Food, beverages, and spa treatments are available for purchase.
Who will be present: Spa attendants and staff are onsite. Other guests will also be enjoying the facilities; this is a shared public experience.
Spectators: No spectators allowed; all guests must have a valid admission pass.
Photo/ video: Photography is permitted only in non-thermal, designated common areas. Photography inside saunas, steam rooms, and treatment areas is prohibited.
Specific rules to follow: Follow spa etiquette, including quiet zones, proper swimwear attire, and hygiene guidelines. Outside food, alcohol, and loud devices are not permitted.

How to prepare?

Weather dependency: This is an indoor experience.
Arrival: Plan to arrive at least 30 minutes early for check-in.
Parking: Onsite and nearby paid parking options are available.
What to wear: Swimsuits are required. Flip-flops or spa-safe sandals are recommended.
What to bring:
- Swimsuit
- Water bottle (allowed in designated areas)
- Personal essentials
- Phones are allowed but must be silenced and used respectfully
What’s not allowed: Outside food or beverages, alcohol, glass containers, and disruptive behavior.
Personal belongings: Lockers are provided to store clothing and valuables.
