Age: Participants must be at least 18 years old.
Health limitations: Guests with specific health concerns, including heart conditions or pregnancy, should consult a physician before receiving any spa treatments. Prenatal massage is available only after the first trimester.

Who can you accommodate for?

Children: This is not an experience for children.
Individuals with disabilities: The Peninsula Spa is wheelchair accessible and service animals are permitted.
Dietary restrictions: Herbal teas and refreshments may be available; dietary accommodations can be made upon request.
Pets: Pets are not permitted in the spa facilities.

What to expect on the day of the experience?

Duration: 60-minute or 90-minute holistic massage plus time to access to relaxation areas or amenities before and after the treatment
What’s included:
- A personalized 60-minute or 90-minute massage
- Choice of treatment: Swedish, Prenatal (after first trimester), Deep Tissue, Hot Stone, or Sports Massage
- Access to spa amenities such as steam room, sauna, or relaxation lounges (based on availability)
Who will be present: A licensed massage therapist will conduct the treatment in a private suite. Other guests may be present in shared spa facilities.
Spectators: Not applicable; treatments are for booked participants only.
Photo/ video: Photography is not permitted in treatment or relaxation areas to preserve privacy.
Specific rules to follow: Guests must follow spa etiquette, including arriving on time and silencing electronic devices.
