Welcome to our special ops escape room experience where you'll be thrust into the role of an elite agent on a mission to uncover a global conspiracy that threatens the very fabric of our world. What starts as a routine investigation quickly turns into a race against time as you find yourself fighting to put a stop to a dangerous plot that could change the course of history. You'll need to use all your tactical skills and training to navigate through the twists and turns of this intense game and uncover the truth behind the conspiracy. But be warned, things are not always as they seem and danger lurks around every corner.

We recommend our games for ages 13 and up, but we do allow younger players with a paying adult, 18 or older, who must participate with anyone that is 14 and under. Additionally, any participants under the age of 18 will need an adult to sign their waiver.
Unused Experience Vouchers can be returned within 30 days for a full refund to the original purchaser, no questions asked.
If you have any unused Experience Vouchers, you can exchange them for anything else in our marketplace, no matter when. If you choose an experience that's more expensive, you'll need to pay the difference, but if you choose one that costs less, you'll receive a credit towards your next booking.
No refunds are allowed once the experience is booked, but you can reschedule up to 48 hours before your experience, for a date within a year of the original booking. To reschedule, contact the experience provider directly. No-shows or rescheduling less than 48 hours in advance means losing the value of your experience.
The Partner can reschedule games up to 4 hours before your reservation time. Within 4 hours of the start time, the game is not transferable and non-refundable.

This escape room was a blast! It was an intense experience that fully immersed me in the game, and I've played many escape rooms before. This particular location has become my favorite and our game master was incredibly helpful. We definitely wouldn't have made it out without him. I can't wait to go back and play again!
We had a great time as a family of five at The Escape Game in NYC. We were looking for availability on our last day in the city and they were really accommodating. We initially planned to book the playground, but the kids were so excited by the prison break room that we couldn't resist. The room was well-themed and had three parts, which was a pleasant surprise. The whole family enjoyed it and we'd definitely return to any of their escape rooms in the future. Highly recommended for families and people of all ages.
The Heist room at The Escape Game (NYC) was amazing and one of the best escape rooms I've ever played! We were partnered with four other people who were just as into the game as we were, which made it even more fun. The puzzles were clever and technical, and we had so many "OMG" moments when we solved them. We escaped with 10 minutes to spare! I highly recommend this escape room and any other escape rooms by this company. You won't regret it!
