Welcome to Special Ops: Mysterious Market Escape Room, the ultimate challenge for any special ops agent. Uncover the truth and put a stop to an international crisis that threatens the state of the world as we know it.

It all started with a routine search of a spice market. But what you discovered was anything but ordinary. You must now use all your tactical skills and training to unravel the mystery and save the day.

Your mission is to explore the spice market, uncover clues, and solve puzzles to reveal the truth. You'll have to think outside the box and use your wits to make it out in time.

The level of difficulty is 8/10, so you'll need to be prepared for a challenge. You'll need to be quick and sharp to find the hidden objects, decipher codes, and crack the case. Every minute counts, so you'll have to be on your toes the entire time.

Any restrictions to participate?

• Age: The partner recommends the games for ages 13 and up. They do allow younger players, but some of the game content may be too difficult for them. A paying adult, 18 or older, must participate with anyone that is 14 and under. Also, any participants under the age of 18 will need an adult to sign their waiver.

Who can you accommodate for?

• Children: Children under 4 years old can join for free but need to be signed up at the time of reservation
• Individuals with disabilities: Please contact the partner and they will help you select the best game room for your team

What to expect on the day of the experience?

• Duration: 1 hour
• What’s included: Enter one of our immersive worlds and recover a priceless work of art, find lost gold, or break out of prison. Your team will have one hour to complete your mission and escape.
• Who will be present: All games at the venue are open to the public so, you and your party may be joined by other players during the session.
• Spectators: No spectators are allowed, everyone must have a ticket/reservations
• Photo/ video: You may take your own photos

How to prepare?

• Weather dependency: This is an indoor experience
• Arrival: Plan to arrive 10 minutes in advance
• Parking: There are paid garages nearby. We recommend grabbing a taxi, using a ride-share service, or walking when possible.
• What not to bring:
  • No food or drink can be taken into the game rooms
  • Alcohol is strictly prohibited on the premises
• Restrooms/ lockers/ changing rooms: Restrooms available on location.

Anything else I should know before going on this experience?

• You will be in a room with a locked door, but every door is equipped with an exit button. Should you feel the need to leave the room, you are welcome to do so at any time.

Should I book in advance?

Absolutely! Advanced booking is recommended, especially during peak times, to secure your preferred time slot.

Will our group play alone?

If you want a private experience, book all available spots. Otherwise, you may be grouped with other players, adding to the excitement.

What can we expect from the experience?

Each escape room is an immersive, story-driven adventure. Expect to solve puzzles, uncover clues, and work together to "escape" within 60 minutes. If you need to leave, you can exit the room anytime.

Are there age restrictions?

The games are recommended for players aged 13 and up. Younger players can join with adult supervision. Some rooms may have specific content suited for older teens and adults.

Can we book for a large group or event?

Absolutely! The Escape Game is perfect for corporate events, birthday parties, or large family gatherings. Customizable options are available for unique, memorable experiences.

Unused Experience Vouchers can be returned within 14 days for a full refund to the original purchaser, no questions asked.

If you have any unused Experience Vouchers, you can exchange them for anything else in our marketplace, no matter when. If you choose an experience that's more expensive, you'll need to pay the difference, but if you choose one that costs less, you'll receive a credit towards your next booking.

No refunds are allowed once the experience is booked, but you can reschedule up to 48 hours before your experience, for a date within a year of the original booking. To reschedule, contact the experience provider directly. No-shows or rescheduling less than 48 hours in advance means losing the value of your experience.
