• Weight: Passengers exceeding 300 lbs. may be required to purchase an additional seat for the helicopter portion.
• Health limitations: Not recommended for individuals sensitive to loud sounds, bright lights, or motion. Those with sensory sensitivities should contact the provider.
• Physical limitations: Passengers must be able to board and disembark the helicopter with minimal assistance.

Who can you accommodate for?

What to expect on the day of the experience?

• Duration: Approximately 4.5 hours including hotel pick-up and drop-off. Guests without transfers should expect a 2.5–3 hour experience.

• Who will be present:

• Spectators: All attendees must have tickets; spectators are not permitted without admission.
• Photo/ video: Photography is permitted before the Sphere show begins, but flash photography is prohibited during the performance. Cameras and phones are allowed on the helicopter; however, selfie sticks and camera extension poles are not permitted.
• Specific rules to follow:
  • Arrive on time; late seating is not permitted for the Sphere show.
  • Guests must bring a valid government-issued photo ID for helicopter boarding.
  • Loose items such as hats or scarves are not allowed in or around the aircraft.

How to prepare?

• Weather dependency: The Sphere show is indoors and runs rain or shine. The helicopter flight is weather-dependent; flights may be rescheduled in the event of poor weather.
• Arrival:
  • Theater doors open at 4:30 PM; the show begins promptly at 5:00 PM. Late arrivals will not be admitted.
  • For self-drive guests joining the helicopter tour, check in 45 minutes before departure at the terminal.
  • For guests with transfers, pickup from the Holiday Inn Club Vacations at Desert Club Resort is approximately 65 minutes before flight time.
• Parking: Paid parking is available at the Sphere and the helicopter terminal.
• What to wear: Layered clothing is recommended; light clothing March–September and warmer attire from October–March.
• What to bring:
  • Government-issued ID.
  • Personal camera or phone (no selfie sticks).
  • Optional water bottle (must remain sealed in the aircraft).
• Restrooms/ lockers/ changing rooms: Restrooms are available at both the Sphere and the helicopter terminal. No lockers are provided.

Anything else I should know before going on this experience?

• This experience requires a minimum of two guests per booking.
• VIP upgrades are available for purchase during checkout.
• The show includes immersive elements such as wind, motion, sound, scent, and haptic feedback.
• Guests should plan their tour early in their trip in case rescheduling becomes necessary.
• The tour operator, has been providing aerial sightseeing experiences since 1965 and maintains strict safety standards.

Unused Experience Vouchers can be returned within 14 days for a full refund to the original purchaser, no questions asked.

If you have any unused Experience Vouchers, you can exchange them for anything else in our marketplace, no matter when. If you choose an experience that's more expensive, you'll need to pay the difference, but if you choose one that costs less, you'll receive a credit towards your next booking.

No refunds are allowed once the experience is booked, but you can reschedule up to 48 hours before your experience, for a date within a year of the original booking. To reschedule, contact the experience provider directly. No-shows or rescheduling less than 48 hours in advance means losing the value of your experience. Flights are subject to cancellation due to lack of passenger demand, weather, etc.
