Using Your Experience

• Your One World Observatory and Statue of Liberty experience can be used together or separately, plan the perfect getaway or enjoy them on different occasions.

One World Observatory NYC Standard Admission Ticket

• Age: All age groups are welcome.
• Children: Children aged 5 and under can join for free; however, they need to be signed up at the time of reservation.​
• Individuals with disabilities: One World Observatory is wheelchair accessible, and service animals are allowed. ​
• Duration: Plan to spend approximately 45 minutes to 1 hour at the observatory. ​
• What’s included:
  • Access to all three Observatory levels (floors 100–102) for skyline views.​
  • Experience Global Welcome Center, Horizon Grid, SkyPod™ Elevators, SEE FOREVER™ Theater, City Pulse, and more.​
  • Each ticket includes $5 off at the café, bar, restaurant, or gift shop. ​

• Restrooms/Lockers/Changing rooms: Restrooms are available on all three levels of the observatory, as well as in the exit lobby on the first floor upon departing the elevators. ​

  • All visitors must pass through security screening upon entry.​
  • Outside food and beverages are not permitted.​
  • The observatory is a cashless venue; reverse ATMs are available for cash conversion if needed.

Statue of Liberty General Admission from New York City

• Children: Children aged three and under can ride the ferry for free and do not require a ticket or reservation.
• Individuals with disabilities: Ferries and both Liberty Island and Ellis Island are wheelchair accessible. Accessible restrooms and pathways are available.
  • The grounds of Liberty Island are wheelchair accessible. If you have a reservation to enter the monument, wheelchair access is available to the museum and the exterior of Fort Wood. There’s also a wheelchair-accessible lift from the main pedestal elevator stop up to the top of the pedestal, where you can see the Statue’s fascinating inner structure. However, please note that the outdoor observation deck and balcony are not wheelchair accessible. On Ellis Island, an elevator operates between the first floor of the museum and the Statue of Liberty Pedestal, helping visitors get around comfortably.
• Languages: Audio guides are available in multiple languages, including English, Spanish, French, German, Italian, Portuguese, Mandarin, Japanese, Korean, Arabic, and Russian.
• Duration: Approximately 2–4 hours total, depending on time spent exploring both islands. Tour/experience may go slightly longer based on participant engagement throughout the tour/experience.

  • Entry to the Statue of Liberty Museum and Ellis Island National Museum of Immigration

• Arrival: Plan to arrive at least 30–60 minutes prior to departure to allow time for security screening and boarding.
• Parking: Limited parking is available near Battery Park; public transportation is strongly recommended.
• What to wear: Comfortable walking shoes and weather-appropriate clothing; it can be windy on the water.

  • Water bottle and camera
• Restrooms/ lockers/ changing rooms: Restrooms are available on ferries and on both islands. There are no storage facilities at Ellis Island
• Additional Considerations
  • Tickets are for a specific departure time, but return ferries run frequently throughout the day.
  • This ticket provides general admission only and does not include access to the pedestal or crown.

Unused Experience Vouchers can be returned within 14 days for a full refund to the original purchaser, no questions asked.

If you have any unused Vouchers, you can exchange them for anything else in our marketplace, no matter when. If you choose an experience that's more expensive, you'll need to pay the difference.

All bookings are final and no cancellations will be allowed once the experience is booked. The rescheduling policy will depend on the experience.
