Departing from Kewalo Basin Harbor, this tour takes you on a scenic cruise along the Waikiki coastline towards Diamond Head, offering opportunities to snorkel with Hawaiian Green Sea Turtles and explore vibrant coral reefs teeming with tropical fish at Turtle Canyon. Led by expert guides, you'll learn fascinating facts about sea turtles and the marine environment. All necessary snorkel gear and life jackets are provided, ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience. Guests are welcome to bring their own food and beverages, and alcohol is permitted as long as it is not in a glass bottle.

What to expect on the day of the experience?

• Duration: 2.5 hours. The tour may go slightly longer based on participant engagement.
• What’s included: Snorkel gear (mask and fins) and ocean activities.
• Who will be present: You will have a guide with you at all times; also, other guests may be joining (up to 30 people).
• Spectators: No spectators are allowed; everyone must have a ticket/reservation.
• Photo/ video: You may take your own photos. A professional photographer may be available for an additional fee of $70 for a photo package.
• Specific rules to follow: Follow the guide’s instructions at all times. No smoking allowed.

How to prepare?

• Weather dependency: The tour is weather dependent. In case of bad weather, it will be rescheduled.
• Arrival: Plan to arrive 30 minutes in advance.
• Parking: Free public parking is available at Kewalo Basin Harbor.
• What to wear: Swimsuits (please put them on under your outfits before leaving for the harbor), sunscreen, hat, sunglasses, and a long sleeve jacket or sweatshirt.
• What to bring:
  • Beach towel (preferably a larger size)
  • Sunscreen
  • Motion sickness medicine (if needed)
  • Water-proof case or bag for personal belongings
  • Reusable water bottle
• Restrooms/ lockers/ changing rooms: No changing rooms, but there are restrooms at the harbor.

Anything else I should know before going on this experience?

• Take a good rest and go to bed early the night before the tour to avoid seasickness.
• Make sure to use the bathroom before leaving your hotel as there is no time to stop during the trip to the harbor.
• Check the place and time for check-in or pickup the day before.
• Inform the partner if the name used for booking the tour is different from the hotel reservation name by 5:00 PM the day before the tour.

Unused Experience Vouchers can be returned within 14 days for a full refund to the original purchaser, no questions asked.

If you have any unused Experience Vouchers, you can exchange them for anything else in our marketplace, no matter when. If you choose an experience that's more expensive, you'll need to pay the difference, but if you choose one that costs less, you'll receive a credit towards your next booking.

No refunds are allowed once the experience is booked, but you can reschedule up to 48 hours before your experience, for a date within a year of the original booking. To reschedule, contact the experience provider directly. No-shows or rescheduling less than 48 hours in advance means losing the value of your experience.
