• Physical limitations: This is a walking tour through Balboa Park covering approximately 1–1.5 miles. The route may include uneven paths, stairs, and gradual inclines.

Who can you accommodate for?

• Children: All participants must have a valid ticket, children included.
• Individuals with disabilities: Portions of Balboa Park are wheelchair accessible; however, some areas may include stairs or uneven terrain. Guests with mobility needs should inquire in advance. Service animals are allowed.
• Languages: The tour is conducted in English.
• Pets: Pets are not permitted, except for service animals.

• Duration: Approximately 2 hours. The tour may run slightly longer depending on group engagement and discussion.

• Spectators: No spectators are allowed; all attendees must have a reservation.
• Photo/ video: Photography is encouraged throughout the tour.
• Specific rules to follow: Guests must remain with the group, follow guide instructions, and respect public spaces and park visitors.

How to prepare?

• Weather dependency: This experience takes place outdoors and runs rain or shine.
• Arrival: Plan to arrive 10–15 minutes early at the designated meeting point within Balboa Park.
• Parking: There is free parking in and around the park, making it convenient for visitors. The best parking options close to the meeting location are Palisades and Organ Pavilion Lot. Some other lots are here: Alcazar Lot (though it fills up quickly), Federal, Spanish Village, and Natural History Museum lots. On busy weekend days, be sure to allow at least 30min to look for parking, and to walk to the meeting location.

No refunds are allowed once the experience is booked, but you can reschedule up to 48 hours before your experience, for a date within a year of the original booking. To reschedule, contact the experience provider directly. No-shows or rescheduling less than 48 hours in advance means losing the value of your experience.
