• Age: All age groups are welcome
• Weight: Total weight of all passengers cannot exceed 680 pounds, and individual passenger weight cannot exceed 300 pounds.

What to expect on the day of the experience?

• Duration: 40-45 minutes of flight time
• What’s included: Private tour in a Robinson R44 helicopter.
• Who will be present: Pilot and the members of your group (up to 3 passengers).
• Spectators: No spectators are allowed, everyone must have a ticket/reservation
• Photo/video: Photos are encouraged! You may take your own photos.
• Specific rules to follow:

  • Need to follow the pilot’s instructions
  • Passenger weight verification may be required
  • Tour flight times begin at engine startup and end at engine shutdown

Anything else I should know before going on this experience?

• Any special tour requests require a notice of at least 48 hours in advance of booking.
• Customers found to be over the seat limit will not be able to fly and will be charged the full cost of the flight.

Unused Experience Vouchers can be returned within 14 days for a full refund to the original purchaser, no questions asked.

If you have any unused Experience Vouchers, you can exchange them for anything else in our marketplace, no matter when. If you choose an experience that's more expensive, you'll need to pay the difference, but if you choose one that costs less, you'll receive a credit towards your next booking.

No refunds are allowed once the experience is booked, but you can reschedule up to 15 days before your experience, for a date within a year of the original booking. To reschedule, contact the experience provider directly. No-shows or rescheduling less than 15 days in advance means losing the value of your experience.
