Any restrictions to participate?

• Age: All ages are welcome as long as each participant is mature enough to ride alone in the flight with the pilot. All participants must sign a waiver and anyone under 18 must have a parent or legal guardian sign a waiver for them.
• Weight: Participants cannot exceed 300 pounds.
• Health limitations: Please consult your doctor before the experience if you have any concerns.
• Experience level: All levels are welcome.

Who can you accommodate for?

• Children: All participants must pay to participate, children included.
• Individuals with disabilities: This experience is not wheelchair accessible.
• Pets: Sorry, no pets allowed.

What to expect on the day of the experience?

• Duration: 1 hour of flight time
• What’s included: An unforgettable flight in a Stearman aircraft with a professional pilot.
• Who will be present: The pilot and one passenger (please note only one passenger is allowed at a time).
• Spectators: Anyone is welcome to watch the flight from a climate controlled area at the airport.
• Photo/ video: You may take your own photos and videos.
• Specific rules to follow: The pilot will provide all rules the day of the experience.
• Gratuity: While it’s not required, (but certainly always appreciated) many customers are so thrilled by their flight, they just can’t resist a small contribution to their pilot’s favorite charity – his airplane maintenance fund!

How to prepare?

• Weather dependency: This experience is weather dependent and will be rescheduled in case of dangerous conditions.
• Arrival: Plan to arrive 15 minutes in advance.
• Parking: There is parking at the airport.
• What to wear: Comfortable clothing, sneakers and a jacket.
• Restrooms: There are restrooms at the airport.

Unused Experience Vouchers can be returned within 14 days for a full refund to the original purchaser, no questions asked.

If you have any unused Experience Vouchers, you can exchange them for anything else in our marketplace, no matter when. If you choose an experience that's more expensive, you'll need to pay the difference, but if you choose one that costs less, you'll receive a credit towards your next booking.

No refunds are allowed once the experience is booked, but you can reschedule up to 72 hours before your experience, for a date within a year of the original booking. To reschedule, contact the experience provider directly. If you need to reschedule more than once, a fee of $100 will apply. No-shows or rescheduling less than 72 hours in advance means losing the value of your experience.

In the event of inclement weather, your experience will be canceled, and you can reschedule directly with your pilot.
